Domain names are registered for a specific duration. After its expiry, you have to renew it. One year is the most common registration period. Renewal is done a date like the registration date the following year.
After registration or renewal of expired domains, most gTLDs are active within 30 minutes. For ccTLDs, they take between 1-2 hours.
After the domain name expires, the owner is given 30 days period to renew the domain. At this period, the domain is inactive and the owner can renew and activate it at no extra cost.
After 30 days, the domain gets into redemption for 60 days. At this period, you can only restore the domain at premium price.
After 90 days, the domain is pending delete for 5 days and there after, it is deleted and it becomes available for others to register.

Transferring a domain name is easy. Request the current registrar to give you the transfer EPP code for the domain and also to unlock it for transfer.
Then, head to domain search box, search the domain and click Transfer. Proceed with the transfer process. Ensure you submit the transfer EPP code.
Click of Login link on the menu and login with your Client’s details. The domain renewal invoice will be on the dashboard.
Usually we generate and send invoices 25 days before expiry so that you can prepare to renew. We also send reminders 15days, 10 days, 5 days and 1 days before the expiry date.
